Public Openings of Clubroom at Christmas
The Society’s HQ clubroom at No 6 Pinewood Centre is to be open to the public from 12.noon to 3.00pm on Sundays 4th and 11th December. There will be displays of railway modelling and layouts in operation.
On 4th, there will be a Christmas market organised by the Wokingham Without Parish Council in the adjacent building.
These two days are also when Pinewood Miniature Railway will be operating their Santa Special trains. All seats on these are now booked, but why not view them from Station Parade. If you are already booked on a train, visit our open days before you leave the site.
Exhibition Cancelled
The Society’s Large Autumn Exhibition, scheduled for 22nd October, has been cancelled. We were most reluctant to have to come to this decision and apologise to our supporters for any inconvenience or disappointment.
Jocks Lane Railway Nursery Run 2011
The local nursery schools have once again booked the railway to be part of their End of Year Fun Day at Jocks Lane. Read more

Cholsey and Wallingford Railway announce 2011 operating days

The Cholsey & Wallingford Railway Preservation Society have announced their live steam running dates for 2011.
For anyone not aware, the railway has been under the Preservation Societies control since summer 1981. Read more
